The Roadium is located in Torrance, CA—just a heartbeat away from El Camino College. It's a great place for families and friends to explore, bargain hunt, and make memories. Feel the excitement of a 15-acre outdoor swap meet that offers an eclectic mix of new & used furniture, clothing, jewelry, and so much more. We are OPEN EVERYDAY except Christmas and New Years Day from 7am until 3pm.

General Manager | I come from Colombia, where I was raised with values of hard work, dedication, and respect. With over a decade of experience in project management, business negotiation, leasing, logistics, and customer service, I bring a diverse background to my role as a General Manager. Continuing The Roadium Legacy is an honor, made possible by the unwavering support and effort of my dedicated team. Their commitment to working closely with our vendors is key to our success. Together, we strive for continuous improvement and high-standard customer service for our shoppers and vendors. In addition to better our quality of service and grounds- I am actively working the City serving as a Board Member of Directors for the Torrance Chamber of Commerce and the Torrance Police Foundation. Financial Controller & Human Resource Manager | I come from the transportation and non-profit side of business. With over 40 years in the accounting and human resource field, I “enjoy” the challenge of finances and people. Having been at the Roadium for almost 8 years, I have come to know that the swap meet business is composed of some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Our vendors are the backbone of the Roadium, and being able to partner with the management team we have has been a true blessing. And a roller coaster! But like any family, we make it work, and I am proud to be a part of this dedicated group.

Operations & Leasing Manager | Hi, I’m the Operations Manager. I’ve been with the company for 20+ years and seen many changes throughout that time. As a loyal and hard working employee, in addition to being the Leasing Manager I oversee the Operational Activities for the company and strive to always provide exceptional customer service to all our customers and vendors. I am strong believer in Teamwork and enjoy working with the Roadium Family and management team.

1960s

We got our start as a drive-in theater and quickly developed a loyal following in the South Bay. In the 60s, what could be better than watching movies in the privacy of your own car under the California stars?

1970s

The open-air market was born, filling our site with sellers and shoppers during the day. Bargain hunters and treasure hunters visited us from across the world.

1980s

Our current owners purchased the Roadium from the original founders, and kept the tradition alive.

1990s

We hosted a bunch of cool events throughout the decades, even a monster truck rally!

2000s

We even hosted a Power 106FM radio event, to celebrate the Roadium's history in hip-hop. Did you know Dr. Dre used to sell mixtapes here?

Plan Your Trip

Getting to the swap meet is a breeze! Located in LA’s South Bay, the Roadium has been a local landmark for decades. Keep an eye out for our famous screen tower when you’re driving down Redondo Beach Boulevard.

Parking

Pull into our main lot off of W. Redondo Beach Blvd and our staff will guide you inside. VIP Parking is also available, located just before our main entrance.
On weekends, park on site, or enjoy free parking at El Camino College and take our shuttle bus to the open-air market.

Bus (Weekends and Holidays Only)

Our free shuttle bus regularly runs between the parking lot at El Camino College and our main entrance.
